Baking has always been our first language.

The Corner on Main has stood at 390 Main Street since long before we started counting years. What began as a small family oven has grown into a gathering place — where neighbors stop for morning croissants, where weekend meal plans begin with a loaf of our country sourdough, and where the smell of butter laminating through dough is the town's unofficial welcome.

We bake everything in small batches, by hand, using traditional fermentation and locally milled flour. Our grocery selection — from regional cheeses and preserved goods to pantry staples — is curated the same way: with attention to provenance, seasonality, and the kind of quality that improves with time.
